1. Platform Overview

We do not offer any legal, financial, or estate planning advice, nor do we provide a legally binding framework. Users must take the necessary legal steps in their respective countries to formalize their wassiyah and make it legally binding.

wassiyati-mywill introduces two key innovations:

• Wassiyah Vault: A comprehensive Will system including:
  • Secret and public Will notes
  • Debt recording tool
  • Document and video message uploads
  • Social media account instructions
• Controlled Executor Access: Up to 4 Executors get read-only access after the User approves or fails to respond within 7 days of an access attempt.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age of 18 or legal majority in your country
• Legal capacity to contract
• Accurate and current account information

3. Services Provided

• Upload and store documents (Will, debts, videos, social legacy)
• Assign up to 4 Executors with access after death/approval

4. No Legal or Financial Advice

We are not legal or financial advisors. Users must ensure their documents comply with local laws. Consult professionals to formalize your plans.

5. User Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and legality of uploaded content
• Follow local laws and make documents legally binding as needed
• Designate Executors and inform them of responsibilities
• Monitor access attempts by Executors (auto-approved after 7 days)
• Ensure Wassiyah content complies with local and Shariah laws

6. Executor Responsibilities

• Access only upon user instruction or death
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Understand that legal responsibility lies under local law

7. Password Security and Responsibility

• Users and Executors must protect login info
• Report any unauthorized access to contact@wassiyati-mywill.com

8. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of uploaded content
• We are granted license to store and process the data
• Platform IP belongs to us or our licensors

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
